Our way is one of intersections and overlap — like water flowing down a mountain. Never confined to just one path, one creek. We are drawn to guiding principles of ethnobotany: that the land, people, and culture are connected. To be concerned about one is to be concerned about the other.

Gender and Ethnicity Diversity

Women are a core element of Sông Cái Distillery’s identity. 75% of our managerial positions are filled by women, and over 60% of our distillery staff are indigenous women from the communities we work to source botanicals.

Simply put, Sông Cái Distillery is only made possible with the labor of love given every day by Vietnamese women.
